Please Do Not use regular mail (ie not requiring a recipient's signature) as we can not be held responsible for goods not arriving.

We will replace faulty goods with an identical replacement item or refund your money if the item is no longer available.

Faulty items must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt.

If you have started to make the model and are not satisfied with the manufacturer we are unable to process a refund.

Any items returned because of a "change of mind" will need to be cancelled within 7 days starting the day of after delivery. We will only refund the cost of the model.

Please make sure your return is boxed and secure so we receive it back in perfect condition.

Please don't forget to put your order number when returning a product.

Notification of none delivered items.

You the customer must inform Model Universe within 14 days of the despatch date if you have not received your order.

Please Note:

We make every effort to get your goods to you, but sometimes products do get lost in the post!

If your goods do not arrive within 14 days we will investigate with the Royal Mail.

Model Universe holds a receipt issued by the Royal Mail as proof that the goods have been given to Royal Mail ready for delivery.
